Fernando Ortiz, Bodega Historica Don Carlos ( www.bodegasdearanda.com ) Fernando is director of the historical winery Don Carlos in Aanda de Duero . It is a visitable medieval underground cellar and wine bar where for more than six years ago many other activities, theatrical tours , tasting courses , pairings , tasting of old wines, etc. are made. It is one of the first places where they began to give introductory courses to continuously playful tasting every Saturday. Since then they have come to teach more than 70 tasting courses every Saturday morning and afternoon except August. Fernando was also the organizer of the World Record tasting in Aranda de Duero in 2006 , in which 5095 people gathered in the bullring .
